This Isn’t an Interview. It’s a Test.
This isn’t your average “apply now” process.
This is the tryout.
You’re here because you clicked Apply on Indeed. That was step one.
Step two? Book a 5-minute screening call—your first and only shot to prove you’re someone I should take seriously.
What You’re Walking Into:
I run a local business growth company in Green Bay, WI.
I’m hiring one person to make cold calls, connect with business owners, and book appointments that lead to real money.
It’s part-time: 20–25 hours a week.
You’ll earn $25–$30/hour to start, plus bonuses if you’re good.
You’ll work with me directly, and I’ll coach the hell out of you.
But if you fumble consistently? You’re done. No drama. No second chances.
Here’s What I Need From You:
This isn’t about experience. I don’t care if you’ve never cold-called before.
I care if you’ve got talent. Grit. Intelligence. Hustle.
Here’s what does matter:
You can talk like a real person, not a robot reading a script.
You understand how business owners think—or you’re smart enough to figure it out.
You don’t fold under rejection. You use it to get sharper.
You want to get better and you’re open to real coaching.
You’re not here to kill time—you’re here to get results.
Why Most People Fail:
Because they:
Show up unprepared.
Read a script like it’s a bedtime story.
Get flustered when someone pushes back.
Think being “nice” is enough to book a call.
Don’t actually want to improve.
If that’s you, no hard feelings—just don’t waste either of our time.
What This Screening Call Is:
It’s a 5-minute window for you to show me what you’ve got.
Not a Q&A. Not a training session. It’s you cold-calling me.
You’ll:
Tell me why you’re calling.
Try to book the “next meeting.”
Prove that you’re someone I can trust to talk to business owners on my behalf.
This is acting. It’s persuasion. It’s performance under pressure.
You don’t have to be perfect. But you do have to show potential.
Show me you can think, speak, and sell. That’s all I care about.
Prep Like You Mean It:
If you want to stand out, don’t wing it.

Read my website. Learn what we do.
Think about how business owners think.
If you care enough to do that? I’ll notice.
What You’re Cold Calling For:
You’ll be calling local facing business owners who are leaving money on the table—I’ll teach you how to spot it.
You’ll say something like:
“Hey, I was researching your business online… and I think you’re leaving real money on the table. Google, Facebook, your local presence—it’s not dialed in. I want to set up a quick call with my boss so we can show you what we’re seeing.”
Then offer them a real appointment. No is not an option.
“Would Tuesday at 2 or Friday at 9 work better?”
